3. Don't accept damaged packages from the shipper

Follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer care 1-800-606-1107
2. Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
3. Return the part within 7 business days
4. Provide a return tracking number
5. Ship to the address provided in RMA instructions

When we receive your return:

• We'll inspect the part
• If approved, we'll process your refund or send a replacement
• Refunds are issued in the original payment form

• Labor costs are not covered
• Modified or disassembled parts can't be returned
• All issues must be reported in writing (email, mail, or fax)
• Parts are uniquely identified by markings

You may be charged in these situations:

1. Refusing a package: 25% restocking fee + two-way shipping
2. Order cancellation: 25% restocking fee + shipping costs
3. No response to shipping company: Same as refusing package

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Use the address provided in RMA instructions
• Package must be returned in original condition
• Items damaged during shipping must be confirmed by our specialists

• Parts different from what we sent
• Items returned without an RMA
