Every rear-end must match your gear ratio (3.42, 3.73, 4.10, and others) and differential type: open, limited-slip (posi/Positraction), or locker, both confirmed against your VIN. An axle with the wrong ratio will run, but it won't drive right, and it won't pair correctly with the front axle on a 4x4.
